A few years ago, we had the opportunity to articulate and define a set of Viridity values.
The primary goal was to ensure these values were not vague, feel-good statements that would go ignored. Instead, they were intended to function as guiding principles for organisational decision-making. In times of uncertainty, these values offer clear direction for the team, helping them make informed choices.
Collectively we examined them, and identified five values that have subsequently served to underpin our approach to work, our clients, each other and our business partners ever since.

Our team, clients and partners are at the heart of all we do. Collaborating with them to understand their individual needs and quirks allows us to deliver true value. This really makes our day!

Each member of the Viridity team dedicates numerous hours every year to complete CPA or CA exams, fulfil CPD (Continuing Professional Development) requirements, attend industry events like Xerocon, and participate in other relevant training. This commitment ensures they possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional services to our clients.
Moreover, every client is assigned a dedicated point of contact, with additional support from at least one backup team member to ensure continuity of service. This approach allows us to engage with our clients personally, providing tailored and responsive support.

Over the past few years, we have consistently dedicated our time and efforts to volunteer alongside one of our valued Not-For-Profit clients during their fundraising events. This collective endeavour allows us to contribute our time and skills to assist our client in raising funds for their noble cause, all while fostering team cohesion and unity. It’s truly a win-win situation.
Additionally, team members have independently volunteered in diverse activities, both during work hours and beyond, reflecting our commitment to making a positive impact in the community and demonstrating our dedication to corporate social responsibility.
