Our Values

A few years ago, we had the opportunity to articulate and define a set of Viridity values.

Our primary goal was to ensure these values were not vague, feel-good statements that would go ignored. Instead, they were intended to function as guiding principles for our organisational decision making. In times of uncertainty, these values offer us clear direction to help us make informed choices. 

Together, we identified five values that underpin our approach to each other, our work, our clients and our business partners.

Each team member dedicates numerous hours every year to complete CPA or CA exams, fulfil CPD (Continuing Professional Development) requirements, attend industry events like Xerocon, and participate in other relevant training. This commitment ensures they possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional services.

Moreover, we assign a dedicated team member to every client, with additional support from at least one backup team member to guarantee service continuity. This approach allows us to engage with our clients personally, providing tailored support.

We’re committed to contributing our bit to our community and our world.

Over the past few years, we’ve willingly dedicated our time to volunteer with one of our valued not-for-profit clients during their fundraising events. This collective endeavour allows us to contribute our time and skills to assist our client in raising funds for their noble cause while fostering team unity. It truly is a win-win situation.

Team members also volunteer in their own time for a variety of activities, reflecting our commitment to make a positive impact in the community and demonstrate our dedication to corporate social responsibility.
