Additional Functionality

Xero is so easy to use and has so many features, but sometimes you'll want to do MORE! 
 
Luckily there are dozens of online solutions; 'Add Ons' which will integrate with Xero - providing the additional functionality you need to run and GROW your business.  Just as importantly all these add ons mean you can implement Xero now, confident that you have a solution that will grow with your business for many years to come.

All these Add Ons use the same great pricing model as Xero – no upfront costs, just a low fixed monthly amount... and all have been tested and approved by Xero. 

Viridity has extensive knowledge of many of these products and if you need a product we're not expert in, we'll recommend you to one of the other Xero dealers, to make sure you get the best possible service! 

Viridity now has approved partner status with a number of these suppliers (and we can refer you on to other dealers if you require a solution in an area where we don't have expertise).  Add on solutions where we have been accredited include:

• E-commerce

We are accredited dealers with Dremus, who provide a brilliant (and staggeringly inexpensive) ecommerce solution that you can either plug into your existing website, or use as a platform to create your own e-commerce site.  If you need an e-commerce solution, contact us for more details on what Dremus can do for your business.

• Inventory Management
  

Viridity are proud to be the first Australian dealer to have been accredited for the fabulous Unleashed software.  This application will let you control your stock on hand so well, you will wonder how you ever managed before - our expectation is that every customer we implement this for will save more on the cost of their stock holding than they pay for the software.

• Invoicing & Job Management
  

There are a range of solutions in this area, some of which we support.  Viridity uses WorkflowMax to assist manage our business - it is a brilliant application (don't know how I managed without it), and it integrates easily into Xero.  We also have a number of clients who use Freshbooks for their invoicing (then integrating this into Xero for back office accounting).  We can assist you to implement or integrate a range of solutions in this area.

• Payroll
  

We now have lots of clients running Paycycle, and the feedback has been entirely positive.  We have clients running Paycycle in training organisations, in a law firm, in an insurance broker, in a number of professional services firms, and many others.  See more of Paycycle here.
