If you just give your tax accountant a pile of receipts and bank statements to prepare your tax return, they will just enter them into a software package anyway! The cost will almost certainly be higher than getting it done by Viridity.

Why pay an accountant's travelling costs!
Most other bookkeepers will offer to come to your offices once a week/once
a month/once a quarter. But the information in your accounts will almost
always be out of date. Plus even if you aren't charged travelling time, this
cost WILL be built into the bookkeeper's hourly rate.
With Bookkeeping & Beyond, Viridity don't need to travel to you, your
books are always up-to-date and we provide a host of other useful information.
Choose from:
Just BAS
Viridity set up your accounting system. You enter all your customer & supplier
invoices and payments, plus payroll and other transactions, then prepare
your bank reconciliation. We review your accounts (either monthly or quarterly),
prepare and lodge your BAS.
BAS Plus
A similar service to Just BAS, plus we provide a comprehensive range
of financial reports to help you track business performance. Viridity also
meet with you quarterly to review your results and suggest improvements.
Beyond BAS - Your Financial Controller
For a fixed monthly fee Viridity do all your back
ofice bookkeeping and accounting. Plus we provide incredibly detailed, high-quality
reports and information which add value to your business.
Best of all, you can start with any option then switch at any time.
Fixed Monthly Fee
Viridity don't charge a fortune for bookkeeping fees. And it gets better:
- No contracts
- No minimum periods - you aren't locked-in
- Monthly invoice in advance
All we ask in return, is a minimum 7 days notice if you wish to cancel or
change a service for the following month.
The only service not included in the fixed monthly fee is your annual income
tax return. If Viridity billed you for this monthly, that would lock you
in for the rest of the year. But we prepare all your accounting records at
the end of the year - minimising your annual tax return cost.
