For a number of years we had been running an accounting system that was very expensive, and hard to use – but it did have a number of “advanced features” that we really needed. Rhys helped us implement MYOB which has saved us many thousands of dollars every year. He has made the job of running our accounts far easier by finding solutions within MYOB to suit our needs while still retaining most of the “advanced features” of our old system. Rhys also worked with the developer of our membership database to create an interface between the two systems, enabling us to save several days every time we run our membership invoicing. We also had a payroll system that was not very user friendly and with Rhys’ guidance MYOB solved all our problems.

Rhys provided onsite training, helping all of our staff get up to speed on MYOB, provided customised reports and forms, supplied us with documentation and other notes, and was always available to provide support either on the telephone or onsite.
