Not all the technology we use is as easy as it should be, I keep coming across examples of this so have decided to add a series on this to my blog.  I have decided to kick this off with a bit of fun - ever get frustrated by voice recognition, perhaps on a call centre system?  Here's a take on this for those of us with an accent of one sort or another.
